Last Updated: September 26, 2026
Yunus Emre Çağan, we operates the Cirql mobile application ("App"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the App.
1. Information We Collect
Cirql is designed primarily as an offline-first party game hub. Therefore, your game sessions, game states, and preferences are stored locally on your device. However, certain online features require processing specific information:
a) Personal & Authentication Data
- Third-Party Sign-In: When you choose to create an account or sign in using Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple, we receive basic authentication tokens and profile details (such as your full name, email address, and avatar URL, as permitted by your privacy settings on those platforms).
- Backend Service: Authentication credentials and basic account data are securely processed and stored using Supabase.
- Guest / Offline Mode: If you use the App without signing in, we do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII).
b) Diagnostics, Performance, and Crash Reports
- To maintain app stability, detect bugs, and enhance performance, we utilize Sentry.
- When an unexpected error or crash occurs, Sentry automatically collects technical information, including your device model, operating system version, app version, memory status, and stack traces. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.
c) Purchases and Subscription Data
- In-app purchases, unlocks, and subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and processed via your respective app store (Apple App Store In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing).
- We do not collect or store your payment details (credit card numbers, billing addresses, etc.). All transactions are handled securely by Apple or Google. We only receive non-sensitive transaction identifiers, purchase status, and entitlement tokens.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following legitimate purposes:
- To facilitate account creation, login, and profile management,
- To verify, validate, and restore your digital purchases and subscription entitlements,
- To monitor, analyze, and resolve technical issues, crashes, and performance bottlenecks,
- To enforce our terms, prevent fraudulent activity, and comply with legal requirements.

5. Account and Data Deletion (App Store Compliance)
You have full control over your personal data. In compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play guidelines, you may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time:
